He still has quite the attitude problem.  It's probably gotten worse now, actually.  Elle doesn't know WHAT to do with him.  She just smacks him on the nose (or leg if he is standing up) when he is misbehaving and he growls and frowns at her.  He still doesn't want to disappoint his trainer, even if he is a moody Judy.
